Facebook Ads Specialist

Are you a creative and strategic problem-solver? Looking for a remote position with true work/life balance, and a chill, happy, and talented team? Want to make a real impact on small businesses? This role will feel like home.

This is a 100% remote, contract position with guaranteed full-time hours.

About Reflective Marketing

Reflective Marketing is Canada’s top HVAC social media ad agency, and we’re ready to add new talent to our team! Our tight-knit crew is full of creative thinkers, problem solvers, and action-takers who are passionate about helping contractors thrive.

Our mission: empower contractors to provide for their families, support their employees, and make home comfort more affordable.

While our agency is based in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, our team is fully remote, serving clients across Canada and the United States.

This Role Is Right For You If:

You're equal parts creative and analytical — you can conceptualize an ad that stops the scroll, then read the data to make the next one even better

You live on social and just get it — you know why a video or image works, and what makes someone stop and click

You love digging into the data and experimenting based on those insights

You have strong attention-to-detail, so much so that you'll answer "sandwiches" when the application below asks what your favourite food is!

You're known for getting things done

You have a proven track record in lead generation through digital advertising

You're tech-savvy and like learning new things

You want to make a real impact, not just be a cog-in-the-wheel

If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you.

What Your Role Looks Like:

As a Facebook Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for driving successful outcomes for our clients' Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns: leads, appointments, and sales. This role gives you full ownership of the strategy and execution, supported by a fully-established system designed to generate results.

Your day-to-day blends creative and strategy: developing scroll-stopping ad concepts and copy, then building, optimizing, and troubleshooting the campaigns and funnels that put them to work. You'll work in a dynamic environment, closely collaborating with both internal teams and clients to meet deliverables and KPIs.

Your day-to-day work includes:

Strategizing, executing, and managing a variety of client lead generation ad campaigns on Meta from start to finish;

Brainstorming and directing ad creative (hooks, copy, and visuals) across various formats (reels, carousels, in-feed images, etc). You'll produce basic graphics and video edits yourself in Canva, and/or brief and direct subcontractors to land a strong final product;

Actively testing, troubleshooting, and analyzing different elements such as offers, targeting, creative, landing pages, forms/surveys, and ad placements to drive results that align with clients' goals;

Determining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure campaigns deliver a positive return-on-investment (ROI) for clients;

Collaborating with internal team members and client-facing staff to ensure campaign strategies align with clients' broader business goals and expectations;

Implementing and maintaining our lead management system for clients, including sales pipelines, online calendars, email and text nurturing workflows, and other relevant automations;

Regularly providing insights, performance reports, and actionable recommendations for our clients and team members;

Occasionally participating in client meetings to advise on strategy and to support our Client Success Manager;

Staying current on industry trends, platform updates, and new advertising opportunities within social media and other digital marketing channels;

Ensuring all campaigns are on-brand and follow the overall marketing strategy.

What You've Got to Offer:

Proven experience in managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns (ideally 2+ years);

Proven experience in creative strategy and development: you know what good looks like on social and can judge whether a piece of creative will actually perform. You're comfortable making basic graphics and video edits, and equally comfortable briefing a subcontractor when a project calls for it;

Experience in lead generation (direct response) advertising

Strong copywriting skills — you can write hooks and ad copy that stop the scroll and drive action

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize accordingly;

Excellent communication skills to effectively report campaign performance and insights to our team;

Some experience in marketing funnel development and automations;

Knowledge of ad testing methodologies and campaign optimization techniques;

Strong work ethic.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Agency experience;

Experience in or a passion for the trades/home improvement industry;

Experience in automation tools like Make, Zapier, and/or HighLevel (GHL);

Graphic design and/or video editing skills that go beyond Canva;

What's In It For You:

Fully remote position: work from anywhere with a strong internet connection!

Full ownership of campaigns with a clear system for success;

A wellness-focused culture, including paid days off;

Autonomy and growth: you’re not a cog in a wheel here. We are a fast-growing, small team where your work truly makes an impact and you are in the driver’s seat of your career

Fair and equitable compensation.

Relaxed work environment with coworkers you’ll actually love

Professional development opportunities, including access to some of the top advertising mentorship programs in the world
